MORE ABOUT ME
Photographer passionate about creating beautiful images married with human connection.
Hi, I'm Liz

Sarah and Ricky’s bohemian backyard wedding was hosted by Sarah’s grandmother in Jacksonville Florida and let me tell you, it was one of the coolest venues, no ordinary backyard wedding. The girls got ready in a room that overlooked the ceremony in the backyard, looking out onto the water. It was a busy Sunday on the river, before the ceremony began many people zoomed by on jet skis while the guests waved and cheered for them. Sarah and Ricky’s daughters were so precious, (as you will see) Amora proclaimed many times during the process of getting ready, “mommy and daddy are getting married!” She understood what was happening, and that made it even more special. Camila was excited but was also very invested in watching Moana, can’t say I blame here there. Sarah was a VISION, so angelic, she was also a great sport when I suggested she sit on the edge of the vintage bathtub with a mirrored background for some funky bridals, and they turned out so dope! She peeked through the blinds as guests began to arrive, until it was finally time for her to marry the love of her life. During the ceremony Amora decided she didn’t want to stand with her aunt, so she walked away and laid beneath the skirt of Sarah’s gorgeous dress, while listening to her parents read their hand-witten vows. I was so honored to be able to witness the love their family has for one another, and to see how excited Sarah and Ricky were to be married, they were truly so joyful and so genuine, it was a blast hanging out with them.
